Whether buying or selling, I take pride in doing the due diligence most agents skip. I don’t believe in cutting corners — and I never treat my clients like just another transaction.
Real estate is one of the largest investments a person will ever make, and I want my clients to walk away without doubts or regrets. If questions come up, I make sure we get answers. If something doesn’t feel right, we pause until it does. Because at the end of the day, if my clients aren’t happy, I’m not happy.
I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, in a family of five — but Colorado always held a special place in our hearts. My siblings attended CU Boulder (my niece is there now), and we visited every year. I started skiing Keystone at age four, and I’ve loved the mountains ever since.
I earned a double major in Finance and Management from Tulane University and went on to complete a Master’s in Real Estate at Georgia State University. Since then, I’ve spent my career in nearly every corner of the real estate world. I began in student housing development in Atlanta, then moved to a commercial REIT where I focused on West Coast acquisitions, Colorado included, which only deepened my love for the state.
During the 2008 crash, I stayed with the REIT, but when deals slowed to a halt, I knew I needed to pivot. I took over a vacation rental company managing over 100 properties, eventually selling it to Wyndham Resorts. After years in corporate roles, I realized I wanted something more personal. I missed being hands-on. That realization brought me to residential real estate — and I haven’t looked back.
There’s nothing better than seeing the smile on a client’s face when a deal comes together. After more than a decade in this business, I can honestly say: this is exactly where I’m meant to be.
