After 17 years in healthcare, Leslie made the leap into real estate, and within her first two years she was closing deals at a pace that quickly set her apart. For Leslie, it wasn’t really a career change so much as a new way to do what she’s always done: help people. Where healthcare gave her a way to care for people in their most vulnerable moments, real estate gives her a way to guide them through one of life’s biggest transitions.

A Colorado native born in Salida, Leslie spent time in Nebraska before returning to her home state after college, and she’s been putting down roots ever since. Her clients describe her as honest, genuine, and deeply knowledgeable, someone who brings the same compassionate, patient-focused care from her healthcare background into every transaction.

That same instinct to help extends well beyond her clients. Leslie is the founder of Foundation1010, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting first responders and their families. Having grown up in a first responder family herself, she carries a personal understanding of what it means to serve, and what it costs. Her commitment to that community shows up not just in her real estate work, but in the support Foundation1010 provides year-round.

When she’s not helping clients find their next home, Leslie is likely on the ski slopes, out on the golf course, scuba diving somewhere far from Colorado, or planning her next trip.
