As someone who bought their first home as a gift to their mother, I understand the stress and headache that can come with investing in real estate alone. I have worked in construction for the last decade and have gone from building house frames and reading blueprints to obtaining my contractors license and helping clients remodel the exterior windows and siding of their homes. This practice of listening to my clients needs and understanding their end goal has not only benefited me in my time as a project manager but also allowed me to transfer that knowledge into being a real estate agent as well.
