About Sagine Israel

I’m Sagine Israel, a Denver real estate professional, community leader, and lifelong New Yorker who believes selling a home is about much more than putting a sign in the yard. It’s about understanding the story of a property, knowing how to position it, and creating a strategy that gets it in front of the right buyers.

My path to real estate has always centered around people, communication, creativity, and understanding what makes a place feel like home. I earned my B.S. in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communications from Florida International University, which gave me a strong foundation in storytelling, marketing, media relations, and strategic communication. Those skills have become an important part of how I approach selling real estate today.

Before real estate, I also gained hands-on experience in interior design while working with Tessa DeMeza Interiors in Boca Raton. That experience gave me a different perspective on how design, presentation, and the details of a space can influence the way people experience a home. I learned to look beyond what a property is and think about how it can be presented to help potential buyers envision themselves living there.

I began my professional career in Miami working in housing justice and immigration reform, where I built relationships, advocated for communities, and worked alongside local, state, and federal officials. That experience taught me how to listen, communicate clearly, navigate complex situations, and advocate for the people I represent—skills I now bring into every real estate transaction.

Today, my focus is helping homeowners sell strategically. I combine real estate knowledge with marketing, design, and communications to create a thoughtful plan for each property. From preparing a home for market and identifying opportunities to improve its presentation, to developing compelling marketing and creating a strong online presence, I believe every listing deserves a strategy—not just a listing date.

I also bring a unique perspective as someone who has made several major moves of my own. I grew up in New York City, spent years in Miami, and eventually moved to Colorado. Six years later, Denver has become home. That experience has given me a genuine appreciation for what it means to make a major move, and I understand that selling a home is often about much more than the transaction itself. Sometimes it’s the beginning of a new chapter.

Outside of real estate, I manage social media and digital marketing for real estate non-profits and legal brands, helping clients build their presence, connect with their audiences, and tell their stories. I also served as Chair of the Lone Tree Arts Commission and remain deeply connected to Colorado’s arts and creative communities. Earlier in my career, I worked with the Blue Note Group promoting live music throughout Manhattan, adding another layer to my background in marketing, events, and creating experiences that connect with people.

And then there’s the part of my life I’m most proud of: being a wife & mom. I spend much of my free time exploring Colorado with my family, discovering new places, and experiencing the city. It’s given me an even deeper appreciation for the communities we choose to call home.
