About Peter Rounds

Peter Rounds is a Denver-based Broker Associate specializing in investment property and residential renovation. Before real estate, he spent over five years at Fidelity Investments, where he built the analytical foundation he now applies to evaluating property value and renovation scope.

Peter is an active investor himself, acquiring and renovating properties in the Denver area. That work gives him firsthand knowledge of what renovations actually cost, how long contractors take, and what a finished property is worth.

Originally from Pasadena, California, Peter moved to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado Boulder, where he studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting.
