About Josh Eaton

Josh was born and raised in Maryland, but a love of the outdoors brought him to Vail, Colorado, in 2004 and ultimately made Colorado home. A desire to help others has always guided his path, leading him to a career as a Firefighter in 2008.

He began investing in real estate in 2013 and quickly developed a passion for the industry. His firsthand experience as an investor gives him a versatile perspective on real estate that allows him to approach each transaction with creative solutions catered to his clients’ individual needs.

Josh believes real estate can create opportunities for people from all walks of life and is passionate about helping his clients use it as a path toward greater financial freedom. His goal is to make sure his clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported at every step, while advocating for their interests and helping them navigate each decision with confidence.
