With a bachelor's degree in psychology, she has worked in several different professional spaces that helped shape her love for helping her community. Jessica worked at her parent’s small restaurant, local non-profits, and for a law firm throughout undergrad, which ultimately led to her career in real estate.
Being a first-generation grad, Jessica saw a significant disproportion in opportunities to create generational wealth. She decided to dedicate her time helping underserved communities generate wealth through homeownership and entrepreneurship. What truly inspired Jessica’s transition to real estate was the wonder of what it would have been like for her own parents, if they had someone trustworthy to guide them throughout these processes and make it easier for them. Now she strives to help people live, invest in, and thrive in the communities they help build every day. Specializing in first-time homebuyers and small business owners, Jessica is here to help guide you through the challenges of real estate, through whichever endeavor it may entail.
In her spare time, you can find Jessica at the gym, watching horror movies, or trying a new restaurant. Being a true foodie at heart and growing up in the kitchen of one of Denver’s oldest Mexican restaurants, don’t be shy to ask her for local recommendations. There’s not a food in this world she wouldn’t try once! As a Denver native, Jessica is also a huge sports fan. It is hard not to be, especially being from Denver, in recent years (Go Avs, Nuggets, & Broncos)! Something to note about Jessica, she hates AI. Any and everything she posts, is involved with, or produces will never come from AI. A flex to some, weird to others, but she truly believes our day-to-day life, and real estate, does not require AI. As a bookworm and planet lover, Jessica avoids it at all costs.
For Jessica, real-life relationships and community are the key components to a fulfilling life. Helping people, creating opportunities, and building a welcoming culture for the community is the core of her business.
