With more than 12 years of experience in the Colorado real estate industry, Jaden has built a successful career as an agent, team leader, entrepreneur, and brokerage executive. Throughout his career, he has experienced nearly every side of the business—from working at boutique firms and large national brokerages to building one of Colorado’s largest and highest-producing real estate teams.

Jaden is the Co-Founder of Mile High Lifestyles at Your Castle Real Estate, where he has helped create a culture centered around collaboration, energy, opportunity, and giving agents the tools and support they need to build successful careers.

Today, Jaden also serves as Vice President of Growth at Your Castle Real Estate, where he focuses on recruiting, agent development, retention, strategic partnerships, and helping grow the brokerage throughout Colorado.

Having spent years actively selling real estate himself, Jaden brings an agent-first perspective to leadership. He understands the challenges agents face because he has lived them—from building a database and winning listings to navigating changing markets and growing a team.
