Hi, I’m Flavia Estrada! I was born in Argentina, grew up in Florida, and moved to Colorado during the COVID pandemic. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and my background includes public service with the State of Colorado, medical billing, retail, and six years with Disney. Through every role, I’ve always had one thing in common—I love working with people and helping others.
I’m excited to bring that same passion into real estate by helping individuals and families find a place they can truly call home. I’m especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers and Spanish-speaking families feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout the entire process.
Outside of real estate, I’m a huge dog lover and have a Husky and a teacup Chihuahua—the best of both worlds! I also love salsa dancing, and my husband and I teach private Latin dance lessons together on the side. Whether it’s real estate, dancing, or everyday life, I love connecting with people and being part of their next chapter.
